The Work of Byron Katie
Participants and staff at the April 08 Weekend Workshop of the Work of Byron Katie at the Nihon Seinenkan in Tokyo

One-Belief-At-A-Time Worksheet
In our workshops we teach you to do the Work, first by showing how it is done with an experienced facilitator, then by teaching you to facilitate yourself and others, and by creating contexts where different old patterns can be brought to the surface for questioning. The Work is verbal, in the form of questions and answers. It is assisted by having another person ask the questions, but all the answers are your own, and it is in the answers, that you find inside yourself, that the healing power lies. Our aim is that everyone who completes a two-day workshop will be experienced enough to continue to do the Work regularly. We encourage you to make connections with other participants to continue to work together as partners, on the phone or in-person, and we teach you to facilitate yourself in writing when you wish to work without a partner.
The Work originated in the English language, but it is effective in any language, and we are dedicated to helping Japanese-speaking people find their own way to benefit from this unique gift. Although we understand some Japanese, we will teach in English, and will be using skilled translators to make sure that everyone can understand and learn.
